Search with albert lemt*al found a reference to his personal file in the fonds of
the Estonian Control-option commission in Moscow from 1920 which has already been
digitised as well – ref.: ERA.36.2.8904, an entry in AIS:

http://www.ra.ee/dgs/_purl.php?shc=ERA.36.2.8904:1. It appears that he had emigrated to

Russia during his military service in 1915 and by 1920 he was living in Yaroslavl together
with his wife Elisabeth (= Liisa) Konstantin’s daughter (20 years old) and applied for the
Estonian citizenship and a permission to move back to Tallinn where his mother lived.
In the same fonds there is also a receipt of his citizenship certificate No 1387 which had been
issued to him and his wife on 28.06.1920.
In the Tallinn and Nõmme identity certificate collection which has already been digitised as
well (the originals are being preserved in the Tallinn City Archives), you can also see the
receipts of identity certificates issued to Albert, Elisabet(h) Lemt(h)al in 1921 and to Albert’s
mother Anna Lemt(h)al in 1919
