Vit-vit, Вы разобрались как платить налоги в ЮК если проживаешь на 2 страны или работаешь за приделами королевства, а живешь ЮК ?
Work out your residence status
Whether you’re UK resident usually depends on how many days you spend in the UK in the tax year (6 April to 5 April the following year).
You’re automatically resident if either:
•you spent 183 or more days in the UK in the tax year
•your only home was in the UK - you must have owned, rented or lived in it for at least 91 days in total - and you spent at least 30 days there in the tax year
https://www.gov.uk/tax-foreign-income/residenceВот я и запутался, я бываю за пределами ЮК чем 183 для в году, но ниже про это четко не прописано
You’re automatically non-resident if either:
•you spent fewer than 16 days in the UK (or 46 days if you have not been classed as UK resident for the 3 previous tax years)
•you work abroad full-time (averaging at least 35 hours a week) and spent fewer than 91 days in the UK, of which no more than 30 were spent working
Но есть ещё один нюанс "
non-domiciled status in the UK"
'Non-domiciled' residents
UK residents who have their permanent home (‘domicile’) outside the UK may not have to pay UK tax on foreign income.
Non-domiciled status can either be acquired from one's father, which is known as a 'domicile of origin', or by abandoning one's domicile of origin and demonstrating the intention to reside outside of the UK indefinitely. According to the official government page, "UK residents who have their permanent home (‘domicile’) outside the UK may not have to pay UK tax on foreign income."
To be a non-dom tax (or non-domiciled) resident in the UK, you will typically be a foreign national living in the UK. While you may be considered a tax resident, your domicile will typically remain as your country of birth. If you are considered as a "non-dom" you will not be able to live in the UK indefinitely.
